Internet Pricing Guarantee

As an Authorized Lloyd®/Flanders Dealer for 35 years, our price structure reflects the lowest permitted by Lloyd Flanders. Please call or Contact Us  if you find a lower advertised price on the internet for Genuine Lloyd Flanders Products.                                                       

Sales Tax

Orders shipped within Pennsylvania are subject to 6% Sales Tax.  We do not collect sales tax for orders delivered to other states. The consumer is responsible to report any purchase which is otherwise subject to state or local tax codes.

Terms of Payment for Lloyd Flanders Replacement Cushion Orders

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express.  Payment in full is required at the time your cushion order is placed.  This is needed to insure that Lloyd®/Flanders can immediately ship your order when completed.   Most Replacement Cushion Orders are drop-shipped by Lloyd®/Flanders directly to your home prepaid via UPS.  Larger quantity cushion orders and oversized items, such as chaise lounge cushions, may ship via common carrier such as ABF and will require that someone be present at your address to sign for the receipt of your order.

Ordering/Delivery Times for Lloyd Flanders Replacement Cushions  

Lloyd Flanders will normally ship your cushion order within about 3-4 weeks from the time it is received and placed with the factory.  When possible, we will notify you by email as soon as your order is shipped from Lloyd Flanders. Please allow about (1) additional week for transit time to your home.  You will be notified in the event of any delay due to out of stock or discontinued fabrics.  Please place your order in advance to allow for minor delays which may sometimes occur, particularly during peak ordering season from April to July.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Your Lloyd Flanders purchase will be produced on a Special Order basis using your individual choice of fabric.  As with all Special Orders there are absolutely No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds permitted. 

Cancellation and Order Changes During Factory Production

After placing your Lloyd Flanders order, you will receive an email confirmation.  Please punctually check the accuracy of all the information and report any corrections within 24 hours.  Orders submitted to Lloyd Flanders are promptly scheduled for production.  Any cancellation or changes to an order which has already begun "Production" is subject to a 50% restocking fee by Lloyd Flanders which will be deducted from your deposit or payment.  "Production" is defined as the cutting of the fabrics for cushions.  Orders which have completed production or have been shipped cannot be returned or exchanged.

Fabric Disclaimer

Many of the fabric images shown on this website have been individually scanned in an attempt to represent colors most accurately.  Actual fabric colors may widely differ due to conditions such as visual perception or video monitor settings. Please Request Lloyd/Flanders Swatch Samples prior to placing an order as all products are Special Order items which are not exchangeable or returnable.  

Swatch Sample Requests

Lloyd Flanders offers a Free Swatch Program to insure complete customer satisfaction.  Select up to 6 fabrics from our Request Lloyd/Flanders Swatch Samples page and you will receive 6" x 6" fabric samples by mail.  Please call or Contact Us and your request will be processed within 3 Business Days.  Depending on your locale, please allow up to one additional week to receive swatch samples.

Contrasting Welt/Cords & Fringes Disclaimer

Some furniture images provided on this website include the use of Contrasting Welt on cushions.  Contrasting Welt is "Optional" on some collections and NOT included in the standard purchase price of Lloyd Flanders replacement cushions.  A matching “Self Welt” may be included on cushions from collections which originally included a welt as a standard specification. Toss Pillow Disclaimer

Fabrics & Cut Yardage

Receiving Guidelines for Lloyd Flanders Replacement Cushions

Many Lloyd Flanders replacement cushion orders are shipped via UPS. Larger quantity cushion orders & oversized items may require shipment via common carrier such as ABF, which may result in a “curbside” delivery and will require that someone be present at your address to sign for the receipt of your order.  Damage to cushions is extremely rare.  If you discover concealed damage to your cushions or any other discrepancy, such as factory shortage or error, please do not discard the cartons and contact us immediately for instructions.  The pink packing slip which is attached to one of the cartons may assist in determining the problem. Lloyd Flanders policy requires the submission of digital photos from the consumer to substantiate claims of this nature.  All replacement items will be sent to you at no additional cost.  Failure to comply with the Receiving Guidelines may compromise your claim.

Right of Refusal

Lloyd Replacement Cushions reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason deemed necessary.
